Understanding Plan Details page

In this article, I am going to take you through the 'plan details page'.

After the plan is estimated, you can view the details of the trip that got created in the plan details page.

Plan details page has the following information -

1.Plan ID

2.Pickup date and time

3.Total number of pickup and deliveries

4.Total number of kms and transit time of the trip

5.Total number of vehicles and trips that got planned.

6.The details of the constraints that was taken into consideration while estimating the plan

Below this, you will see a bar chart that has data of the % of utilization of 5 dimensions that was taken into consideration while planning -

You will also see a pie chart on the right with the data of number of vehicle categories that got planned.

You can also edit the trip from this page by clicking on the pencil mark on the right. There is an option to view the plan in the map by clicking on the map icon which is on the right of the edit trip option.

After clicking on the pencil icon, it will take you to this page where you can drag and drop points or create a new trip if the current one is not doable. After making the changes, you can click on the confirm button.

Once the changes are made, and the plan is confirmed, you can confirm the plan by clicking on the 'confirm' button on the right. You can also download the dispatch summary of the trip from the plan details page.
