How to link a driver with a vehicle?

Purpose: Every vehicle is usually a driver owned one hence they need to be linked on the platform for easier trip assignment.

Key Information Requirements 

1. Vehicle registration number       Mandatory                      
2. Driver name                                Mandatory   

Pre-Condition(s)

1. The vehicle being linked should be present in the Vehicles tab.
2. The driver being linked to the vehicle need to be present in Drivers tab.

Steps Involved

Step 1:  Navigate to Shipper.mojro.com, click on “Vehicles” under Profile section.

Mojro Shipper> Profile > Vehicles

Step 2:  Enter the Reg number and search:

Step 3:  Click on “+” next to Assign driver. Scroll and select the driver available from the list. Click the tick symbol.

Key Consideration (s)

1. The vehicle and the driver details entered needs to be accurate.
2. If the vehicle and driver needs to be removed, deactivate it by switching the toggle under “Active”.
