This article explains how to add a new driver account through the Shipper Web. It also covers mandatory information, required documents, and important considerations while creating the driver account.

*We suggest you provide the Driver name for better visibility.
Pre-Conditions
- User must be signed in to the Shipper Web
- User should have the driver’s valid mobile number and required documents ready before starting the process.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Drivers Section
- Log in to Shipper Portal
- Select Masters from the Left menu
- Choose Drivers from the sub-menu
The system will display the list of existing drivers.

Step 2: Select “Add New”
- Click on the Add New button.
- The system will open the Driver Creation form.
- Fill in all required driver details, such as:
- Driver Name
- Mobile Number
- Email ID (Optional)
- Date of Birth (Optional)
- Upload the required scanned document copy.
- Click Save Drivers.

Note
- Once a driver is mapped to a mobile number, the mobile number cannot be modified without contacting the Mojro Support team at support@mojro.com
- If a driver changes their mobile number:
- The existing account must first be deactivated.
- A new driver account must then be created using the new mobile number.
- Ensure the driver’s mobile number is valid and active, as login credentials and other account-related information are sent via SMS.
Troubleshooting

| Document upload failing | Ensure the scanned copy is in a supported format and within size limits |
| Driver not receiving SMS | Confirm the entered mobile number is valid and active |

| Unable to change the driver's mobile number | Contact the Mojro Support at support@mojro.com for assistance |
