How to Login to Driver Mobile App?

Purpose: This feature is provided to allow drivers to use the Mojro Partner App to view and execute an assigned trip, Trip Navigation, POD updating and Trip Summary purpose.

App download from Play Store                  Mandatory

Login ID – Mobile number                         Mandatory 

Login Password                                           Mandatory

Driver Mobile device requirements

Supported SDK versions                              Kitkat 4.4 - Oreo 8.0

Ram                                                              1GB+

Battery                                                         3000 mAh

Must Have                                                    High Accuracy GPS

Required Applications                                  Google Maps, Camera, Gallery

Minimum Data Requirements                      1 GB+ (Driver App : 300 MB + Google Service : 400 MB)


Pre-Condition(s)

Feature is available only for the users whose account has been created in Driver management section. Driver mobile would have received the SMS with login credentials. Search and Download the Mojro Partner app from Play store on Driver mobile.


Steps Involved

Step 1:  Open the installed Mojro Partner app:

Home > Apps > Mojro Partner app

Allow Partner App to:

  • Take pictures and record video
  • Make and manage phone calls
  • Access the device location
  • Access your contacts
  • Access photo, media and files on your device.
  • Send and view SMS

Step 2:    Enter your mobile number and the pin received to login

Step 3:   On successful login you will be asked to switch on the device location to see the dashboard


Key Consideration (s)

  1. Once a driver is mapped to a specific Mobile number, it cannot be changed without support of Technical Help Desk. In case the driver changes the Mobile number, a new account has to be created for the driver after de-activating the existing account
  2. If the driver has not received the SMS, kindly reach out to the Technical Help Desk.
  3. Driver device requirements mentioned in the beginning is a must.
