Estimating using Excel Order.

Purpose: Excel Order is chosen when the SKU level information is available for planning.

Key Information Requirements 

1. SKU Master – Packages Weight and Volumes                                                  Mandatory       
2. Customer shipment data – Location wise, SKU shipped with quantity            Mandatory       

Pre-Condition(s)

SKU master configured either as packages or part of SKU master

Steps Involved

Step 1:  Click on “Excel Plan” in the Planning section

Mojro Shipper> Planning > Excel Plan

Step 2: Review the order excel to upload

Step 3:  Select the file to upload

Step 4: Click “Submit”

Step 5: Review and Estimate stage:

Step 6: Click “Estimate” once reviewed

Step 7: Wait for a minute or two and click the semi-circular arrow to proceed.

Estimation is complete.

Key Consideration (s)

1. You can review and edit a plan before confirmation by clicking “Back” button.
2. The plans estimated are available in “All Plans” section in “Estimated” stage for review at a later point.
